About me

David V. Griffin, Owner and President of Landmark Branding LLC since January 2012, boasts over two decades of experience as a marketing consultant in the real estate, architecture, and design realms. A graduate of Vassar College with a double major in English and Art History, Griffin's journey began as a Senior Associate at Thomas & Associates, Inc. In 2013, he shifted focus to real estate and design clients, founding Landmark Branding LLC. Griffin's writing has been featured in prestigious publications, including Brownstoner, Real Estate Weekly, Dwell, Metropolis, and the National Trust’s Preservation Magazine. He is a co-founder of the "Room at the Top" real estate networking series and the Limina Series, an events program for arts and tech professionals. Additionally, Griffin is a regular speaker and special consultant on the radio show "Rediscovering New York." Beyond his professional commitments, he actively contributes to various committees and organizations, showcasing a holistic dedication to the fields he serves.
