Prior to his current position, Victor gained valuable international experience as the Senior Art Director at Motivate Media Group in Dubai. Over the course of five years from August 2013 to August 2018, he brought his artistic vision to the vibrant and dynamic media scene in the Middle East, leaving an indelible mark on the projects he was involved in.

Before his time at Mingovits Design, Victor honed his skills as an Art Director at Mucca Design in New York City. Over a period of five years from July 2002 to July 2007, he played a crucial role in creating visually stunning designs for diverse clients, showcasing his versatility and artistic flair.
